The Expo has been carefully designed to cater to both the general public and trade professionals.
Days 1 & 2 (5–6 September 2026) – Open Showcase
- Open to everyone, including consumers, trade visitors, retailers, students, media, designers, and industry professionals.
- Visitors are welcome to explore the exhibition, discover new products, and interact with exhibitors.
Days 3–5 (7–9 September 2026) – Dedicated B2B Matchmaking
- These days are specially designed for buyers, importers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, sourcing professionals, and other business visitors seeking to establish new trade relationships.
- The focus during these days is on business meetings, sourcing discussions, and networking between exhibitors and qualified buyers.
2. Recommended Visit
If you represent a business and are looking to source products or meet Indian manufacturers and exporters,
we recommend planning your visit on 7th, 8th, or 9th September,
when dedicated B2B meetings and business networking sessions will take place.
Visitors who simply wish to explore the exhibition and experience the showcase are welcome throughout the event,
with 5th and 6th September being particularly suitable for general visits.
3. Visitor Conduct
We kindly request all visitors to respect exhibitors, fellow attendees, and the event venue,
helping us create a welcoming and productive environment for everyone.
4. Liability
While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable event,
visitors are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their visit.
5. Event Updates
From time to time, minor changes to the programme, timings, or exhibitor participation may be necessary.
